**Late Policy for Hair Appointments**
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all clients, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late without proper communication, a fee will be applied. After 20 minutes you will need to reschedule your appointment and send a new deposit! Thank you for your cooperation!
